1. Sawdust charcoal briquette
Charcoal made from super wood dust, sawdust charcoal focuses on the quality of wood powder to get a quality charcoal finish.
Quality sawdust charcoal produces a fuel source that has high temperature and is stable, durable and has less ash compared to wood charcoal or ordinary charcoal.
2. Cube charcoal briquette
It is charcoal made from old coconut shells that have been dried and carbonated. Charcoal briquettes focus on the raw materials of old and dry coconut shells so as to produce quality charcoal.
Charcoal briquettes produce consistent heat over a long period of time, making them suitable for slow cooking or for shisha.
3. Coconut charcoal
It is charcoal with 100 percent natural pure coconut shell charcoal without binders.
Pure coconut shell charcoal has cleaner combustion, and produces less ash. Because it has a higher carbon content, coconut shell charcoal is also often used for other industrial materials other than for fuel source use.
4. Cocoa beans (cocoa bean)
Cocoa beans from South Sulawesi, known to have unique qualities and distinctive taste characteristics, even though they are in the category of common forastero varieties.
Although it is included in the forastero category, South Sulawesi cocoa beans have a more complex flavor profile compared to forasteros from other regions. South Sulawesi coffee beans have a rich and diverse flavor profile, including deep chocolate flavors, fruits and spices. This variety of flavors is influenced by climatic conditions, soil and local processing methods in the fermentation and drying process.
5. Cinnamon
Our cinnamon comes from Sumatra with the cassia variety, has a strong and spicy flavor, thicker with a reddish-brown color. The essential oil produced from cassia cinnamon has a high content of cinamaldeide compounds so that it gives the typical aroma and taste of cinnamon.
